Viztek, the complete digital radiology solution provider, announces installation of its Opal-ORTHO PACS and the Viztek U-Arm DR at Salisbury Orthopaedic Associates, P.A., in Salisbury, North Carolina. Viztek specializes in turnkey customized digital radiology solutions for facilities of various sizes, from one physician private practices to 200 bed rural hospitals.

Raleigh, NC – Viztek, the radiology solution provider, has installed its Opal-RAD PACS and advanced digital radiography (DR)technology at Rockwall Urgent Care, in Rockwall, TX. The new facility is a full service, walk-in clinic, open seven days a week to provide the community with the highest standard of care. Rockwall offers a large range of services and consists of six physicians.

TRAINING UPDATES
June was a busy month at the Garner office with two weeks of 20/20 DR training and one week of Viztek DR training. The three training sessions went very well and were all full. We are looking into scheduling a technical PACS/CR training in mid August.
Due to high demand, there will be another technical Viztek DR training held the week of September 20th. For more information on existing training sessions or if you would like to request to be put on a waiting list for another training, please contact Ronny at Rbachrach@viztek.net

Viztek, the complete digital imaging solution provider, has signed an agreement with Crystal Lake Orthopedics (CLO) in Crystal Lake, Ill. for the installation of its web-based Opal-ORTHO PACS at the multi-service orthopedic facility. Until now, Crystal Lake had relied on a legacy Viztek ONYX-RAD client-server PACS.. But recent growth and a repositioning of the practice prompted a need for an upgrade to a more robust system with specific orthopedic tools.
