JULY NEWSLETTER

We always like to start by thanking you, our valued dealers, for all your hard work and support through another great quarter.

-We’re happy to announce that we received our booth number for RSNA 2011 in Chicago, IL. We will be in the North Hall at booth number 9122.

- We’re also excited to release our Product Portfolio Dealer Letter featuring our new Opal-WEB RIS product. The letter contains the complete Viztek product offering from PACS and DR to accessories and services. If you did not receive one and would like to, please email Ronny at Rbachrach@viztek.net for a copy.

- The Product Portfolio Dealer Letter features the brand new Opal-WEB RIS. It features advanced features and functionalities including, a referring physician portal, automatic insurance pre-authorization, and procedure diagnosis verification. Data sheet and brochure for this product will be available shortly.

 - In Support news, two applications representative have been integrated into the support department to help analyze workflow issues and to provide prompt additional web training services. Stay tuned for some exciting changes that will bring you more dedicated service from our support team!

TRAINING UPDATES

June was a busy month at the Garner office with two weeks of 20/20 DR training and one week of Viztek DR training. The three training sessions went very well and were all full. We are looking into scheduling a technical PACS/CR training in mid August.

Due to high demand, there will be another technical Viztek DR training held the week of September 20th. For more information on existing training sessions or if you would like to request to be put on a waiting list for another training, please contact Ronny at Rbachrach@viztek.net

JULY EVENTS

The 20/20 team will be attending the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) show at booth #226 - July 15-17 in Seattle, WA.  If you have any customers in the area that would like a podiatry demo, please call your local sales representative to set that up.

AUGUST EVENTS

In August we will be attending the Florida Chiropractic Association show on the 26-28 in Kissimmee, FL. Booth 219
